The property is clean and nicely designed. the continental breakfast is delicious. the rooms are a decent size, recently refurbished, and well-maintained. the bed is comfortable. the staff are friendly and helpful. the location is central, safe, and close to supermarkets, St Stephens Green, and the Aviva Stadium. it is within walking distance to a cathedral and a college.

Friendly staff, clean room although traffic could be a little noisy at times. Good position for travelling around Dublin or the coast.

Yummy breakfast options here include the full Irish, juices, and cheese. 🍳

I liked the prompt, cheerful breakfast service, the high ceilings and period building, the excellent location, the new en suite bathroom.

I thought the decoration, furniture and room arrangement could do with a bit of good design advice.

Staff were very accommodating. We arrived early and they put our luggage in a secure room. Friendly and helpful with directions and amenities in close proximity to the hotel. Clean room. Good breakfast.

The breakfast here is amazing with a wide variety of delicious food, and the hotel staff, especially the female receptionist, was very friendly and helpful, making everything about the stay wonderful.

The room was so big, and the bed very confortable. And the B&B is in one of the best areas of Dublin. The breakfast was excellent!!

Could be cheaper if you stay several nights. I mean to have a special price.

I couldn't recommend this place more and would stay here again. Not very welcoming area.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is really good value for money and free wi-fi is a plus.

Having to park across the road is a liitle inconvenient. Make sure check-in staff remind guests about wi-fi access.

This place is clean, has a fantastic location near the city center, the coast, and good for business travelers.
